With great thankfulness to our Heavenly Father, He has prepared the way
so that, DV, 3 more adults will profess their faith and thus become members of
the church here in KK. At the same time 4 children will receive the sign
and seal of the covenant and thus become baptized members of our church.
Two other children who have been previously baptized will also become baptized
members of the church. All of these people are from the Biwat Compound.
We hope to hold this Profession of Faith on Sunday, June 29th 2008:
· Joel and Gami Sine
(married) will profess their faith
o and their two children Venessa (10) and
Robert (3) will be baptized.
· Viviana Elias will also
profess her faith. Her husband Elias is not ready for this at present,
but it is our prayer that in the future he too will become a member (Viviana’s
surname is her husband’s first name)
o Their children Elijah (13), and Cloudia (8)
have been previously baptized, so through the POF of their mother, will become
non-communicant members
o While her two adopted children, Johnli (7)
and Ditonia (9) will be baptized on the same Sunday and thereby also become
non-communicant members
While sharing this good news with you, we also take the opportunity to
inform you that a week or two, or three….. later (depending when the father
returns from his place his work), Korinda Gigiwal (born on the 13th of May 2008),
daughter of Esenen and Wilmina Gigiwal, (and granddaughter of Pastor Bob
and Ruth Bouway) will also be baptized DV.
May the Church of our Lord Jesus Christ continue to grow, and may He
receive the glory!!
