MISSION BOARD

 

 

To assist in the oversight of the Mission work, the Consistory of the Free Reformed Church of Armadale appointed a Mission Board. This Board consists of three members of all Cooperating churches. To aid continuity Board members do not have a defined term of office.

The Board meets every quarter, the Executive as often as necessary but at least once a month. All Board members are entitled to attend the Executive meetings. They are kept fully informed through the meeting Minutes and are sent all Reports. They are also invited to respond to emailed documents or questions so that as much as possible all decisions of importance are made as full Board.

The Board is mindful of the fact that it acts on behalf of the sending church and, ultimately, of the Cooperating churches. The Board therefore submits all proposals for major decisions that affect the future of the work to the Consistory of the FRC Armadale.
